Mainly a plant-based diet, multi grains, and you can have some light meats like grilled or baked chicken but absolutely nothing fried, no beef, no sugar, avoid acidic stuff like tomato sauce, etc. it fucking sucks. I have never eaten healthy in my entire 31 years on this planet and I hate all vegetables other than lettuce and carrots haha. I've just been eating chicken. I did buy some frozen impossible burgers though! Never had them before, I am intrigued.
Rice is one of my favorite foods, and I think if I had to I could get by on chicken and rice for a week or so. but beyond that, with no subway or spicy stuff? Goodbye
I tolerate pickles and dislike bloody Mary's a lot and I just saw someone on Instagram cut pickles in half and hollowed them and use them as the cup and poured the bloody Mary inside and that makes me want to puke, blegh.
If you had to introduce Mac and Cheese to an adult that's never had it, what kind would you suggest? A boxed brand? Fast food? Some gourmet stuff topped with meat?
