It's going to sound weird (but I did rip it from a restaurant) but a breakfast salad is one of my favorite things ever. This thing is $13 and I can make it just as good for half that for 2 servings.

Arugula
Some kind of lemony dressing
Diced tomatoes
Quality sharp cheddar cheese
Crispy breakfast potatoes
Protein of choice (normally chicken or veggie sausage).
Egg - however you like, but poached is the best way (though scrambled is good too).

I made a phenomenal egg sandwhich for dinner last night.

Breakfast foods are good but I don’t eat in the morning and usually don’t think to have them for lunch or dinner

Oh man lots going on.

I had a bowl of beans for dinner last night and they were amazing.

Poached eggs are unbeatable and eggs benny is a perfect food.

More people need to try a soft scramble / French scramble, it looks like slop, but so good.

More than one breakfast meat is too much.

I actually used to really like the Subway breakfast flatbread.
