    We talking pork chops? I like both if thats the case but I slow cooked a pork butt last week to make carnitas for the holidays and its by far the best form of pork I can cook at home. Im also a sucker for a nice crispy tonkatsu.

    Yeah pork is more like beef than chicken, you don't have to be too concerned about undercooking it.

    I’m also very paranoid about undercooking meat and tend to overcook things. But I also like things kind of burnt

  20. I do chicken breast at 400 for 22 minutes and it's perfectly cooked every time (as long as it isn't crazy thick).

  21. I haven't done it in a while, but I used to do a great pork chop lightly breaded with some crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar.

    It wasn't until I ordered meatloaf at a restaurant for the first time and thought "this is too moist and soft" that I realized that my mom overcooked her meatloaf growing up, and that I'm so used to it that I actually prefer it kind of dry and slightly crispy on top (smothered in ketchup of course)
