Airfryers don't tend to dry things out in my experience, I've made some of the best roasted chicken, turkey, beef and pork tenderloin in the airfryer. I'm sure it could make some good oven style ribs.

 

I don't think I've ever seen Mallomars irl. I wonder if they're regional.

I feel like marshmallow is one of the tamer flavors I can imagine in sweets. Is it a texture thing for people?

 

Convection ovens are great for cooking meats. Air fryers are tiny convection ovens so I see no issue with ribs in it but I'd just do them in the actual oven for the extra space so I dont have to cut up the racks and save myself from having to clean my air fryer.

Mallomars are incredible to me. The marshmallows i usually don't enjoy are the little hard ones in cereals and hot chocolate mixes.

 

Stuffed shells are highly overrated. The thinnest layer of pasta with that much cheese are just the strangest proportions! Pasta is the best part!

 

Stuffed shells and manicotti both rule

 

Both are bomb. There's nothing more disappointing than when the ricotta isn't properly seasoned though.

 

I just dont think that eating pretty much only cheese makes for a great meal, I need more pasta. If I had like, a big plate of cavatappi with a side of ricotta then I'm all for that

 

Stuffed shells are fine, but are usually pretty boring when filled with cheese. I much prefer cannelloni, especially filled with a braised meat. That can be life changing. Not that stuffed shells can't be great, but they rarely are.

 

never really liked stuffed shells for the bad pasta to cheese ratio but also generally don't care for most of those standard Italian dishes with red sauce. Lasagna, stuffed shells, manicotti. I'd much rather have something along the lines of Chicken Piccata or Marsala any day.

 

Chicken Piccata is so good.
