I eat meat and eggs in some form every morning. I only get stomach troubles if I eat a lot of carbs or sugary things for breakfast.
yeah my GI problems are usually triggered by too much meat/fatty foods. Usually straight carbs like dry cereal or toast actually help soothe my flareups.
That's like the reverse of how I've usually seen that. Sorry to hear that, but at least there are lots of good carb options for breakfast!
