nah anytime I get it it taste like nothing, I don't know how they can fuck up a club sandwich but they sure do
I had it yesterday, it was jam packed with flavor. I bought a second to have for lunch today, it’s gona be delicious.
Black olives are bad Green olives can be good with some cheese and crackers, but you gotta be in the right mood for them.
The only time I ate Subway and i thought it was amazing was after Hurricane Irma my power was out for long time, and a toasted Subway sandwich was the first hot meal I had in like 4 days.
either Buffalo chicken or chicken teriyaki. Italian herb and cheese bread (doesn’t taste like cheese so it’s good). Lettuce, onion, green pep, pickles, olives and jalapeños. Add more of the corresponding sauce (Buffalo sauce or sweet onion sauce)
Subway generally just brings back bad memories and reminds me of when I was really really broke and had no car in the early 2010's my options for food for like a year were the gas station subway or the McDonalds in walking distance from my house. You know your life isn't in a good spot when you're buying a 5 dollar foot long Italian from a 24 hour gas station at 2am.
I have a subway like half a mile from me but if I'm in the mood for a sub I'll regularly go out of my way to Jersey Mikes instead which is like an extra 10 min drive.
I also got really really good at maximizing calories vs cost back then. I would buy 2 Mcdoubles, remove the extra buns, put the four patties together, and boom you got a super super cheap quadruple cheeseburger.
My go to poverty meal was the Chinese resturaunt up the street (which I went to so much as a kid they eventually hired me, the only white person there). For $4.21 I would get a pint of steamed rice, An egg roll and crispy noodles. I would tear apart the egg roll over the rice and crush the crispy noodles into it. It was so good
Sour cream is a gross name, but it is in fact quite good. I don't really like it just as is, but it's a great base for 'sauces'. Example - I made one the other night that was sour cream, avocado, lime, toasted cumin seeds, cilantro and garlic. Whip it up, put it in a sauce bottle and boom. A dressing, taco sauce etc.
Sounds great, Ill be trying that one. My go to is mix it with chilies in adobo and cilantro. Easy, quick, and delicious.
I love sour cream on many things, but sour cream in chili cannot be beat. You gotta use two dollops, one to mix into the chili to make it creamy, and other to put on top so you get some cold cream in each bite.
That sounds really weird to me but I like to eat chili with an obscene amount of saltiness mashed up into it till it becomes the consistency of wet concrete and then put a little bit of cottage cheese on there, and I acknowledge that is also really weird.
I really love a subway tuna 6" sub on wheat with extra pickles, extra black olives, and a little extra mayo.
