Keep black olives the fuck away from my mexican food or any food for that matter. Fresh made corn tortillas at a restaurant that knows what they're doing can't be beat, flour ones from the grocery store are better for at home cooking though. I'll never order fajitas, too much effort and messy. Its either tacos or burritos for me any day. I would eat sour cream off a flip flop I do not care.
corn tortillas are great but you do have to heat them up and then let them steam themselves for a bit first. if you just take them straight out of the package they're not too good. also, most grocery stores by me sell the smaller street taco size tortillas which are fantastic
i thought I liked green olives but turns out I just like the roasted red peppers in the middle also the ones with the pits always end up in take out salads for some reason and I almost break a tooth every time
Fajitas are good. Corn over flour if I have the option, but yeah, if I'm buying tortillas, they're probably gonna be flour. Meat, veggies, cheese for me - no olives or guac or pico. I like sour cream, but a little dab will do ya.
