I don't like the type of crispiness associated with boneless wings, it's too much and I think bone-in wings hit crispiness right. If I crave chicken outside of wing form it's usually a karaage or a Korean fried chicken with that different dredge
for real tho I'm a sucker for some boneless wings from the 99 w/ the gold fever sauce. I once bought an entire gallon jug of that stuff I love it so much
Boneless wings are closer to tenders with wing sauces, which is precisely why a good boneless wing can go neck and neck with your average chicken wing any day
it is tough to beat a good tender though, my favorite dive bar has the best tender and fries basket for like $7
