saw a thumbnail on a YouTube video of a guy trying pasta pizza from Domino’s and immediately knew it was from somewhere other than America. it was. the Mac and cheese pizza seemed cool. wish our fast food was that interesting sometimes. it can be but I feel like more places should take risks like that
I'm a Subway skeptic, but had catered Subway yesterday and it actually hit pretty good like it did way back in the day. Probably something about the minimal toppings and sitting there for a while to let the flavors meld. Also the mustard packet is better than whatever they use in store, that shit is potent and you can't taste anything else. Which begs the questions... Why do they just slop the condiments on top of everything like psychos and not put them on the bread like normal people?
because, like you said, they need to meld. The sauces are a quarter of the sub. It’s bread, protein, veggies, sauce. It all comes together into a weird, delicious mess. I feel like people don’t “get” subway. It’s like going to Taco Bell because you want authentic Mexican food.
yeah but taco bell taste good and subway doesn't. last time i got subway i got the sub toasted and the bacon was still completely uncooked!!!
