Tuna melts are kind of icky as I don't like the tuna hot. But tuna salad with some crisp lettuce, and a slice of tomato is a great sandwich. I've never had tuna casserole and I'm fine if it stays that way. I'm not sure what other fish I've had with cheese... I guess a good salmon burger with feta would be okay? and i've had pasta with shrimp and parmesan. Also I just literally made some kefta/kofta? the other day and it was absolutely bomb. I followed tineats recipe (but I used turkey instead of lamb) then I made a cucumber/tomato/onion salad, some yogurt sauce, homemade hummus and homemade flat bread. 10/10. Would eat my food again. The only problem with Mediterranean food though is that the flavors are so intense and the breath gets real bad after. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for that level of intensity.
Going to have to try this turkey kefta recipe, trying to eat less red meat and this sounds really good.

Movie theater popcorn sucks, microwave popcorn is S-tier. I eat popcorn almost every night but I get the bullshit healthy Prevage’s stuff and sprinkle a little dry Franks seasoning on it
The olive oil popcorn from Trader Joe's with a little bit of their ranch seasoning is a bomb, pretty healthy, snack.
I worked at a movie theater for 6 years, I could eat all the popcorn I wanted all day. I could take a garbage bag of it home if I wanted. I never touched it because it’s bad
