Good choices no matter what for sure. That's why Mexican/Tex-Mex is the best kind of food. Do these combos come with like a little first course tostada/taco/etc.? Places that do that are the best.
I'm not a seafood person in general (I like rosh but shellfish is a no-go for me), I just don't think seafood and cheese (or dairy) are an appealing mix
NAH a great tomato sauce is what seperates the best pizzas. its like when a band writes in a sweet bass line instead of just playing the root notes
Pineapple on pizza can be amazing if you make it at home or get it from a great pizza place - I’m a big fan
I guess after a few years of working at a pizza place, I developed some takes: - If you put more than four toppings on a pizza, you care more about having a lot of toppings on your pizza than you care about flavour. - Pineapple can be great on pizza, but you can’t just pair it with any random toppings and expect that to be the case. - I would much rather have a pizza without cheese than a pizza without sauce.
