I will admit when Soylent first came out years ago and it was originally just flavorless nutrient goo for a second I was like " you know what maybe real food is overrated this is the future". Then I heard about it being tainted with mold and I was like "oh nevermind"

 

This morning my son explained to his sisters that food turns into poop.

So food is poop

 

Food is also puke

 

you must be so proud

 

Y'all should be on the USDA comms team

 

I mean he's not wrong. Just missed a few steps along the way

 

Food is dead things we eat

 

Like dust and skin

 

Except the parts that are microplastics

 

Bad news bud, those microplastics used to be living breathing macroplastics before they were eaten by those fish

 

just learned way more about dust than i ever wanted to know. knew about the first two and those are bad enough but goddamn
