Burnt end brisket is an amazing treat but I am getting ribs over smoked chicken like 7/10 times and I'm never ordering smoked turkey
Bro, I’m not even really sure what brisket is well enough to know. I’m sure I’ve had it cause I come from a country family but idk
a knife set? what kind of knives do you need? I recommend buying your knives individually. Start with a classic chef's knife and then you can add paring, serrated, etc. Zwilling, Wusthof, Global, MAC, and Shun are all great brands.
I dont think I'd ever order chicken or turkey at a bbq place if I can get brisket or ribs instead. Also biscuits over cornbread almost every time.
Yeah chicken and turkey would be one of my last options. They’re good there are just better options typically.
If you don’t want to spend a ton of money but still want a great chefs knife pick up one of these: Victorinox Fibrox Pro Chef's Knife, 8-Inch https://a.co/d/61vcLqn
Hahaha I've only ever known elderly people to do it and didn't want to get attacked. Glad to see I'm not the only one!
