We are in the same area apparently! The only show I'm going to is Panic! at the Disco though. I've slowed way down on shows lately.

Also, I had no idea this website existed but now I'm trying to remember every show from the past 10+ years at work, haha. I have them all saved on my home computer though.

 

This looks like a cool idea, but I don't know if I can remember 15+ years of going to shows. I can barely remember what I ate for dinner two nights ago.

 

i had no idea this existed. definitely gonna try to put it together. i used to have a list on an old cell phone but that got lost to time. i know i lost a lot of stubs to the washer so this'll be tough.

 

we've probably been to a lot of the same things and never even known it :)

 

Started working on one. We'll see how far I can get. Figured I would at least get a couple warped tours added.

I find it interesting some people put every band on warped into that list. I took it to be the bands you've actually seen.

 

I looked at it from two ways.

1) I could put all of the bands that I actually saw that year. That would indicate what bands I've actually seen.

2) I could list every band that actually played that date. If nothing else, this indicates for everyone else who might have been there what band played that date. I actually curated the lists from the Warped Tour wiki to make sure that the bands I listed actually played that date.

Ultimately, it's been 12 years since I went to my last warped tour and I saw a lot of the same bands every year, so it's hard for me to differentiate between which bands I actually saw at warped tour. Thus, I went with option 2.

 

I have already been maintaining a Word document with my entire concert history and only the bands I actually saw, so typing that into the website was very easy to do.

 

To be fair, most of the shows I've been too I went to only see one or two of the bands listed.

Example: Dashboard Confessional / MxPx / Brand New in 2003. We went outside while Brand New played. So did almost everyone else there.

 

The dates that I have added on my archive were mostly created by other users. I just searched for the dates and added them in. So for Warped it has nearly every band listed and for other shows they can still be out of order or including bands I didn't actually watch.

But I just haven't had the need to go in and clean it all up yet. Maybe one day!

 

I didn't know you could add already listed shows. That's actuallly nicer than me adding each band every time I go to a show.

 

I wouldn't put bands I didn't see on my list, it would screw up the statistics.

I'm afraid to do this, I go to a lot of shows, last week I went to 7, I work at a radio station so I get some perks but even before that I went to many shows, I won't remember all of them.
