Listening to them both recently, I really think Descensus is significantly better than VW.

 

Descensus is the weakest song on the album for me. the long chugga chugg section in the middle just kinda sucks.

 

The song is great and doesn’t feel long at all. Actually, I have really enjoyed this album.

Yeah that part isn't very long. It's only about 2 minutes before it switches up and the vocals come in.

I also love how they call back to that part in the outro of "Lustration".

 

Are we bothering with a b-sides round?

 

next round is supposed to be the misc. round, b-sides, demo songs. I need to revisit both EPs if we are continuing that way.

Ah my bad, didn't realise it was in the OP. I suspect there's a few in that round that I'll have to explore YouTube for (and then vote for Commercials anyway)
