thug titling a song "harambe" a power move considering he's the reason the meme exists in the form it does now.
brandon wardell did it after sexualjumanji, who made the joke "dicks out for harambe" with thug saying "we coming with them dicks out" in mind
It has the title Young Rich Homie Thuggin on Apple Music. That's weird, since I always thought Apple was legit.
yeah people upload mixtapes and shit to apple under fake titles and get away with it. i'm not sure why.
Apple somehow lets these random people publish music like I remember monster by future being on iTunes for a bit so I added it. A few weeks later it changed to this random chopped and screwed music.
clarification: i'm not sure how apple lets them get away with it. for instance, there are weird bootlegs of "trap *****s" by future on there even though it's a DS2 bonus track available for legit streaming. it doesnt make sense
oh yeah i dont know the process of getting music onto streaming services but it seems easy with the amount of shitty bootlegs that get on there
It's so easy to get stuff on streaming services. It's like literally 5 or so steps. Acid Rap was doing numbers on streaming and physical sales just off bootlegs. My local record store hates me bc when I'm there in the rap section and see people pick up bootlegs I tell them not to buy it bc sound quality trash and it's not an official release. Basically people suck and instead of creating something of their own they'd rather profit off others.
only time i think it's mildly acceptable to buy something like this is for say yeezus on vinyl or something similar. but that's awesome that you tell people not to buy those haha.
