Yea I feel the score is pretty good. Was expecting 8.2-8.5 and BNM though. It's deserving. I expect it will still do really well in Year End lists.

 

Well I personally award this my own BNM

 

Yeah this gets better with each listen, though I admittedly was a little jarred by the vocal experiments on my first listen. There are still some moments where I'm like "this.... is a questionable decision by young thug" but those questionable moments sound better as I grow more expectant of them. Overall I don't know where I'd place this in ranking his discography, but I think I like it better than Jeffrey.

 

Finally got to listen to this. It's great, but I still think Jeffery is his magnum opus thus far.

 

Damn I think this is his best project after about 7 listens

Unfortunately it looks like this is gonna flop sales wise

Feel It is fucking amazing, so glad he saved it for this project. Top five Thug songs easily.

There are so many moments on this album where I'm just astounded, this dude just understands how music should sound in a way that nobody else really does.

This project is so cohesive too, he has gotten sooo much better at writing full, thought out songs rather than just spitting bars in crazy melodies. This album is a great presentation of all the growth he's shown over the years.

One of these songs needs to blow though I'm sick of seeing this man over shadowed. Fuck, Yachty and Uzi both came in the game after him and are way bigger than him at this point, yet he gets placements on Drake's "playlist" and a ton of other high profile features in the last year. The dude just can't catch a break but he continues to kill it musically in every way imaginable.

Really love the part in "Me or Us" where he says "This for love of my fans, I'm smoking purple in Japan" that part is just really beautiful and heartfelt, there's something about it that moves me every time.

Yo fuck didn't mean to just go on a loving tangent there but yeah love this man's music on a different level, my favorite artist of all time, this project really solidified it for me.

 

Man, i'm out the loop. Didn't even know this existed till now.

 

My girlfriend has never liked thug but she loves Do U Love Me. She even added it to her workout playlist

Song should blow up

 

My wife liking a song from a band I like is usually a good sign it will be a hit. She doesn't stray far from top 40 Radio.

 

I've never listened to Young Thug before but this is a blast

The back half of this might be my favorite. Oh Yeah, Feel It, and Take Care are all great. Some of the other tracks meander a bit.
