Best episode of the season so far. Maybe best episode in terms of interesting stuff happening since season 1. I am back invested now. The past arc is about to go crazy.
I assume the leak was the last minute of this episode??? WTFFFFF. You're right the past arc has fully gripped me now. Also what was the tape that was sent to her? Do we know what that was a recording of it is it something that's eventually gonna happen. That was season ender stuff, I'm so glad we have MORE episodes coming.
Yep The leak went into a little more detail into what their occupation is and the reason they're out in the wilderness, and that ties into the title of episode 7
Gonna go ahead and guess that Hilary Swank has something to do with the people at the end and isn’t one of the Yellowjackets
I think early in the season the consensus was Swank was going to be adult Melissa but now I dunno. I think the DAT tape thing is from them though
Yeah, that was the assumption. Technically still could play out that way but it doesn't seem as likely now
The other big thing from this episode that kinda got overshadowed is who Antler Queen is in the episode 1 flashbacks is still up in the air. We thought it was Lottie in season 1, then we thought it was was Nat at end of season 2, and now they're trying to get us to think it's Shauna
It would make sense that the DAT tape is from the people at the end of the episode (birders, if adult Van’s comment was a hint), since the recording sounds like the ‘singing’ the teens were doing Since we already know the teens will be in the wilderness during another winter, my guess is they end up killing those people bc they’ve immediately seen too much, and the girls and Travis basically force themselves to be stranded longer than they would have if those two hadn’t walked into their camp at the exact wrong moment
If you want the answer to this spoiled per the leak I read last month the new people are university zoologists researching frogs. Hence why episode 7 is called "Croak"
Binge it ASAP lol. The payoff in episode 6 is so worth it, it should have been a season finale with the amount of "what just happened" to close the episode.
