Probably switch the self titled with the EPs

I just pretend the EPs are a full length titled Music For Cars

I have the EP tracks that aren't also on the S/T as an album in my iTunes that closes with Medicine. It's an awesome chill album.

Just finished Invented. Definitely liked it less than the previous three. I'll have to come back to it at some point and spend more time with it.

All four of my favourite 1975 songs are from the EP's if you count Sex, haha.

I have Medicine as the title and use the Medicine artwork, since I really like that picture.

Ha, I'm ready for it. They already trashed each other today over that blink album!

I think reception has been pretty split. A lot of people love it; a lot of people are pretty indifferent. Most of the complaints are about it being "safe" which...like, what did you expect? It's the first solo album from a guy whose biggest influences are classic rock singer/songwriters.

I think all my favorite 1975 songs are from I like it when you sleep, except Settle Down

I like that artwork a lot too. It fits with those EPs so well

I remember that I thought it just sounded like standard Brian Fallon fare, which is fine, but it starts to have diminishing returns for me (read: The Wonder Years).

Wasn't going to listen to it because I don't really care for the blink album but this has me interested! haha.

Eh, I think it's pretty distinctly different from every album he's done before, save a few tracks that could have fit on Gaslight records.

    Ha, it's pretty amusing.

In other news, I realized I had never bought Paper Walls on CD and was the only YC album I don't have. Just got back from a 2,400 mile road trip by myself and listened to it a ton while driving. I like it even more now. Also listened to Ocean Avenue for the first time in forever and I forgot how great that album is.
