I laughed harder at the one about MCS. bah dum dum tsh.

 

EIIKM is lightyears better than Go. And I think EIIKM is 4th on my power rankings

 

I don't know whether to like that post or not.

Nah, to be honest everything about that post is bad, I know I just talked EIIKM down a bit but putting that record below second is kinda insane

 

Putting it lower than 1st is an insult to art.

Yep, pretty much this. I think all of their records are distinctly less good.

 

I actually think Yellowcard is one of the few bands for which I have fairly standard opinions

 

I think: Go, decent sized drop off, EIIKM, gigantic drop off, everything else.

I have a close personal connection to IATM and CTTM as those were the records that got me into this band. And then My Dino has my two favorite songs from this band: "Her Words" and "The Weakends" so that narrowly squeaks it out over EEIKM to me.

Still think EEIKM is a solid 9-9.5 though

 

Yeah it's all good haha, I don't like those three records very much. MDL more than the other two but I still think it's about half filler

I like EIIKM only slightly more than CTTM honestly. Both significantly more than their other four but I love everything pre Panic Stations.

Honestly, I think MCS is one of the two most overrated "AP" bands that I still enjoy to some extent. Kind of a weird designation I guess, but whatever, it makes sense in my head.

They're one of the few AP bands that I think deserves all the hype. They're amazing.
