My kids have aged out of Blippi (8 and 10) and I'm glad I don't have to listen to kids music all the time any more, but this is still fun.
My 10-year old daughter is really into Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan right now, which I enjoy, but my 8 and 10-year old sons are into whatever dumb annoying meme songs they can get our 10-year old Google Home to play for them.
Heck yeah! Me and my 9 year old son are stoked to see you guys play in Charlotte on June 9th! Spending the day at Carowinds riding some roller coasters before bringing him to his first concert! Edit: If yall like roller coasters, I’d pay your (the band, I’m poor, but have guest tickets) way into the park to ride some roller coaster for a few hours tha day! Edit 2: The amount of times my son has asked if there’s a chance we’d see you guys at the park and ride Fury with you.
Yellowcard ft Blippi becoming my autistic son’s favorite song was not on my 2026 bingo card but I’m sure glad it is. First time in 3 years we’ve heard any non-Bluey music from his tablet. That collaboration rules on so many levels.
My kiddos are on the spectrum too and I was so stoked when Better Days made Yellowcard my 9 year old’s hyper fixation. He’s never really enjoyed music with me, or followed my tastes at all, but this past year has been awesome. My 5 year old did not get hooked on the Blippi collab unfortunately. For some reason he’s obsessed with Post Malone (and none of us listen to Post).
There's something just so heartwarming about seeing the journey @williamryankey's taking in this thread as these singles climb the charts.
Great song. Daughter loves it. She especially loves the Blippi collaboration. Asks for it every time we get in the car. Makes me proud lol.
When the time comes, I would think You Broke Me Too would be a good choice to push as a third single. But keep this one going as long as possible!
This or “Barely Alive” will resonate with a lot of people. Find myself singing the BA chorus randomly when things get quiet in my house. It’s just too good.
