Lift A Sail is 11 today.

 

I love that album so much. Sounded massive and beautiful.

 

Love that album so much. Read my 10-year piece back last week, on the anniversary of my grandpa's passing. Maybe my favorite thing I've ever written for this website.

 

I really need to give Lift A Sail more time. I’ve only ever spun it a few times and couldn’t connect with it like I did other albums of theirs.

 

It's a totally different vibe than they usually go for, which is, IMO, to its benefit.

 

What a great excuse to listen to the entire thing again in advance of Friday
