"Way Away" was 22 years ago? Ok, so I didn't need to feel that old today. Congrats though! That is incredible.
It's insane to me that "Ocean Avenue" never hit #1 for as huge as that song was. Underdogs no more. Let's get a Grammy nomination next, yeah?
What an insane feeling this must be for the band and entire team that has worked around them for a while. Hell yeah. I hope this song and record keep ripping and make some additional waves
I think the “alternative” charts is what they’re counting because “Still Into You” definitely hit #1 on the U.S. rock charts. “Alternative” used to be called “modern rock” until 2009, some of those songs were up against huge radio bands.
The Angels have been doing this thing for Saturday home games where they have a local band come play between innings. They usually do part of a cover song; the band tonight did Ocean Avenue between innings and fans went nuts. Team got demolished, but that was fun.
Better Days is at the top of the mediabase alternative chart today and 150 spins ahead of the second place song
It looks like they're incorporating some cool intro's/interludes between songs, or at least they did at the most recent show in Brazil
Congrats, man. I’m genuinely so happy for you guys. Have fun and stay safe out there. October 10th will be here before we know it!
First night of tour. The very large cat that is this production will soon be out of the bag. Prepare your brain. It’s mental.
