It's likely Fueled By Ramen, but probably more complex than just being like, "hey, put it on streaming!" I'm sure it's something like Fueled By Ramen and another company who's hands were involved in the original release can't agree on streaming royalties, and they don't give a crap that we don't get to listen to it, so it'll just always be in limbo. Probably the same story of "Gifts and Curses" and if there's other random b-sides I'm currently forgetting about since I haven't opened my iTunes in nearly a decade.
Tour is pretty stacked. Yellowcard, ADTR, State Champs, The Wonder Years, Boundaries, Dinosaur Pile-Up
If that's supposed to be some sort of gotcha, the answer is when Derek and Dan start posting on Chorus.
As someone who kept out of that since I was not super familiar with the allegations, I don’t think anybody yelled at anyone. If you’re saying “yelled” because you want to dismiss it all, that’s foolish. There’s no need to dismiss legitimate concerns a few people brought up that even WRK came around to at least seeing where they’re coming from. I won’t speak for him, but that’s what I took from his later comment to it. And if anyone wanted to “yell” about this tour regarding the other bands, it would be weird to do so in this thread. I never got into any of the other bands, so I don’t know what if anything has been said in their respective threads. Maybe go look there?
Right; to each their own on supporting this tour, I understand where a band like YC is coming from in promoting a new album in cities they don’t always hit and might not do an arena in. I can’t be mad at a band like TWY for doing the same even as a huge Wonder Years fan and fan of Dan’s principles in general. I’d just rather not support a band like ADTR given everything if I have the choice to and would happily see the rest of the tour package if it was a YC headliner. Whenever that comes around, I’ll be there and likely up for whatever VIP package is available. I think there’s a huge difference between YC touring here and something like opening up the Brand New shows and I’d hope we can be mature enough to recognize the difference and have that discussion.
If I remember correctly they did an entire interview with Mark Hoppus around this time in which they discussed this
We just found out Better Days is the #1 most added song at alternative radio this week. It’s official. We are living in an alternate timeline.
mae touring Everglow, Cartel touring Chroma, and new songs from YC and The Starting Line. What year is this?!
