There's a reason I've come to the conclusion that they're my all time favorite band. The songwriting quality across 20+ years is just unmatched.

I thought she was cute. To me, having a thing means a crush or feelings (not saying that’s what you’re saying, but it’s okay if you are). So, I wouldn’t say I had a thing for her haha

If we're doing album rankings, WYTTSY and SA are my S-tier.
PW and OA are in the tier just behind. it feels nitpicky to even put them on a lower tier than the top 2, but can I put 4 albums on S-tier?
Lights and Sounds never really caught on with me. Its got some good songs on it, but the chord progressions and melodies of a lot of the songs just never hit me. S/T is in the same category for me.
LAS - i respect they wanted to try some different stuff. Just wasnt really for me.

If you haven’t, check out a live performance of this song from 2024 on YouTube. I won’t say any more but it’s incredible.

Ryan, if you read this: the people would really like yall to add “Finish Line” to a setlist.

  10. I have manifested a Blink/Yellowcard collab into this world, should I put my powers toward a Starting Line Yellowcard tour next? :crylaugh:

I remember hearing Ocean Avenue for the first time on the radio and my dumbass thought it was Story of the Year and I was “huh they dropped all the screaming”.

I thought for sure that would be on the 2017 setlist. Maybe next farewell tour ;)

Those songs and Holly Wood Died with that big solo and outro are maybe my personal YC peak. I think those songs particularly are the apex of the old lineup with Ben and Pete.

Just took your advice and holy hell that outro sounded awesome. I would love a pro shot of that rendition one day

Best I can do is a Warped Tour sampler CD from 200x.

What I'd really kill for on a setlist is Rough Draft.

I doubt they’re the band to do it, but NFG did their “20 Years Of Pop Punk” tour doing multiple nights in each city and a couple of records each night and I’d love for Yellowcard to do the same. There’s just so many deep cuts that don’t get played given the sheer volume of songs, but that’s something I’d travel for to try and see everything.
