Interested to see where this lands sonically in their discography. I remember @williamryankey saying before the most recent EP that they were leaning Paper Walls. Hope that trajectory continues cause i’ve always felt that was a good balance of their poppier and moodier music. Either way, hard not to be excited with bonus Yellowcard in 2025.

Obviously only one song, and just my opinion, but I felt like the song they played in Europe a few months ago & teased a few seconds of the studio version on their Instagram story (Better Days) leaned into their Paper Walls sound as well.

Do you remember on one of your US tours around 2004/2005 that a guy from Scotland helped run the merch for the tour? He was friends with Joe, your merch guy from San Diego from many years ago and Joe invited him out. One of my close friends.

Secretly hoping for a Yellowcard/NFG tour in 2026

 

Even hearing the rumors and being pretty sure they were true, I somehow still can’t believe how hyped this news made me.

 

Waiting for official news and/or a single is going to be day by day torture

 

Man, this is really exciting news. A new YC album period is amazing news but having Travis on drums almost sounds like a fever dream

 

Well, there goes my focus for the next two weeks.

 

This is the most excited I’ve been for a Yellowcard album since Southern Air. Hyped. So unbelievably hyped.

 

i dont love the production on OMT, but I think a lot of that has to do with how robotic the vocals sound. i love where YC went with their last EP, so i trust theyre gonna put out another banger, and Travis drumming is very exciting.
