Also grabbed the Fuchsia/Pumpkin/Linen variant. Stoked that this is coming out so quickly after the announcement!
I feel like a teenager again after watching this. More of our favorite bands back on TV and music in movies please. Think I’m going to binge Spider-Man this weekend now.
I still have the versions of Ocean Avenue, Telescope and Empty Street from when Ryan was doing his Patreon. I’m not quite sure if they were finished ( for sure this new Ocean Avenue has more texture to it), but damn they were so good. I was listening to that Patreon version of Empty Street last night and it knocked the wind out me in the best way. I remember listening to those 3 versions frequently in my early days of sobriety…just super peaceful vibes. I discovered Hammock from when Ryan began working on these and they have maintained a regular part in my playlists since. If you like bands like Explosions in the Sky you’ll love them. Super excited for this collab and to hear the rest, especially Waiting Game. Andddddd so pumped for the summer tour with 3EB. This comeback has been unbelievable. I’ll be at the Maryland show for sure.
The boys are about to be live on Veeps for the iHeart show. For some reason there will be no replay, so it’s now or never. I had a free trial for the subscription service, so I’m not sure how much it is for just this.
I’m a sucker for a cool band shirt and these are so cool. Also, it’s cool that they made one for each band.
Never would have imagined to get a Yellowcard/Hammock full album collab, can't tell you how exciting and rewarding it seems
haven't listened to Hammock since I was in uni but that's a really really beautiful rendition. might just have to catch up on their stuff in the years since
Amazing performance on AltRadio show. Any chance anyone know what jacket Mr Key was wearing for it? The green machine
Somebody randomly uploaded a good quality recording of the 2011 tour. Brings me right back, I think I went to like 7 shows on this stretch. Also that was one of their best intros with the “Can you hear the crowd, they all go wild” in the background before they came on stage.
