Would you rank your children for us? It’s kind of our favorite thing to do here. Kidding aside, all in on whatever new tunes sound like/grateful it’s even a possibility in 2023!

Ocean Avenue Paper Walls Southern Air Underdog WYTTSY Yellowcard Lights & Sounds Lift a Sail One for the Kids They’re all good
Ranking these records is damn near impossible for me, I love them all and go through certain periods of time where I favor some over others. I think i’m settling in on Paper Walls, Lights & Sounds and Lift a Sail as my top 3 though.
I love that you post in here, super active in this community and the Star Wars one, both of which I’m a big fan of. I’m fairly on board with this ranking, I’d maybe swap ST and OA and then the top 3 could change depending on the day. L&S, SA and WTTSY have some of my favourite songs though but not as frequent in full play throughs as the top three. I saw you guys in Glasgow on the LAS tour (with Less than Jake) and the final tour. Loved hearing Crash The Gates, Make Me So, Transmission Home, California and Lift a Sail live. (I know you guys are playing Slam Dunk.. but not being a fan of festivals, I’d pay good money for a UK tour.. or just a Scottish date. I’m easy)
Ocean Avenue Southern Air Lift a Sail When You're Through Thinking... Paper Walls Self-Titled Lights & Sounds One for the Kids Used to rank Ocean Avenue lower, but at some point realized it's by far the one I revisit the most.
Self titled above L&S is interesting! Although that may be because I think I got into Yellowcard on that album. The UK or at least my remote part of the UK was slow on the uptake!
L&S has grown on me in the past few years, but it's always been my least favorite of the post-OA run. Self-titled has 4-5 songs that I think are just about perfect, even if I like it as a full album a little less than most of the others.
What are your feelings on Lights and Sounds these days? I see it's ranked towards the very bottom of your list. I feel like at least some people have come around to it now, but it's always legitimately ranked in the top 3 for me. I still listen to it routinely, it has some of my favorite songs on it. But I also completely understand why some people don't enjoy it as much as the rest of their work. I always compare it to The Maine's "Lovely Little Lonely" (which is one of my favorites ever) in the sense that it's an album I can get completely lost in, almost like a story from start to finish.
Okay I think mine would be Paper Walls Southern Air Lights and Sounds Lift a Sail Ocean Avenue Yellowcard WYTTSY One For The Kids Underdog
