“Bombers” not making Paper Walls was a travesty only outdone by “Promises” not making WYTTSY.

 

i always thought “Promises” would have been a much better closer than “Be The Young”.

 

I absolutely love both of them, just wish they got “Promises” in there. Can’t think of a song i’d remove though. Maybe “Hide” although I love that one too

 

I'm shocked at the results of this bracket. Would have thought Ocean Avenue in a landslide.

 

Largely as expected. Figured Holly or Holly would win. Of course they met in the final four.

 

Final 2 are prolly my #4 and 5 on the album. Interesting.

 

My top 2 on the album.

 

Never in my life would I have expected this final two. These are back half songs on the album for me. Sun or Southern Air would have been my picks.

 

Very easy final two thought I love Powder.

 

A song from Lights and Sounds and the self titled made the final. Mind blown. Like the songs that ended up in the final but neither are in my top 20 yellowcard songs. But this was fun to go through and read on a night I couldn't sleep.

Somehow I missed it when it was live. Some good stuff in there, though the final I just comprehend lol.

 

I literally just listened to Promises for the first time. Great track. Should have made the album. Wish it was available digitally.

I had given up hope, but now I have a new hope for one new song. Someone else posted about this when he posted on his twitter. So yeah, looking forward to hearing it.

Oh shit? I thought I read in here that he was all done and focusing on honing his lightsaber skills

 

I think that’s sort of what he said or implied, so, this mention of a song is cool to hear.

Been spinning Southern Air a ton again lately.

Man, what an incredible record.

 

This band also needs to make a return like Anberlin and MCR...

 

They put some b-sides on streaming services in case anyone hadn't seen/heard.

The main guitar riff of Telescope sounds beautiful on acoustic. Whole song does, really.

 

There aren’t many albums that make me feel nostalgic quite like “One For the Kids” does... blast me right back to middle school!

 

Southern Air (the song) does not get enough credit

 

best album closer and my favorite off the album.
