Good point. Who knows, I guess. I kinda feel that they would announce it as their final album, if it was.

Speaking of which, all quiet on the western front re:new single or preorders.

 

They were forced to announce release, art, track listing due to the leak. Single could be a few weeks away depending when that stuff was originally meant to be announced.

 

I totally forgot how awesome Rocket from "The Underdog EP" is. God damn I love this band. What a discography.

 

They spoke in the podcast a few days ago about how, in essence, this band could call it quits and look back at one of the most incredible discography's in the genre.

 

Talking about The Underdog EP, wasn't Finish Line a really good track? Probably my favorite off of that release.

 

I love Finish Line. Interesting thing I just read on Wikipedia ""Finish Line" is about the band's friendship with another band, The Starting Line."

Although there's no source listed so who knows if that's actually true or not.

Most overrated Yellowcard song: Hang You Up
Most underrated Yellowcard songs: Waiting Game, Inside Out

Honestly they have so many good songs that I could pick many others as underrated

 

Inside Out is very underrated

 

I don't think Hang You Up is overrated, the vocal melody in the verses is a masterpiece in my opinion. The lyrics are a little cringe-worthy though.

 

You And Me And One Spotlight is really underrated.

 

"Hang You Up" is easily one of my favorites.
The lyrics are perfect.

 

Russian site is reporting a new single is coming next week (Probably June 24 as myself and a few others have speculated), reportedly "Rest In Peace", the first song off the new album. Link:

I was gonna say it's something with Hopeless because they got NFG stuff for Resurrection early too, but Lift a Sail wasn't on hopeless and they had One Bedroom early.

I bet it's Snowden.(unless I'm not up to date and he's not still in Russia)

Also: Next week makes sense, if they want a single out before Warped.

Yeah that VK site hasn't been wrong yet so cool. Next week we get new Yellowcard and new Every Time I Die so we're in for a good week

 

I wouldn't be shocked if it was within a few days, IIRC that russian site had One Bedroom at least 5 days in advance.

 

I've been thinking about Yellowcard and they don't have any problematic lyrics on any of their records do they?

 

None that I can think of. They don't really slut shame or anything like some other pop punk from that era (I'm looking at you, New Found Glory).
