Each day that goes by I am more impressed with the job Hopeless has done in keeping this under wraps. Not a single clip of any track other than the two singles has leaked. Remarkable in 2016.
I don't know for sure, but I think that would be a good reason. I can only imagine how difficult it is to record an album thousands of miles away from each other. Whoever mixed Lowborn did a fantastic job of making it sound cohesive though.
the band was never a critical darling so publications aren't talking about it, and they've stagnated in popularity years ago, plus there hasn't been much promotion anyways so it's just the old forum posters that have listened to this band for years talking about it
Lowborn is one of my least favourite Anberlin albums and I still like it more than anything Yellowcard's done.
You know that's not a bad idea. It's been a long time since I've listened to their older material, so now is a perfect time to start listening to those again.
Just started listening to WYTTSY. Haven't listened to the album in a really long time. I forgot how great of an opener "The Sound of You and Me" is. And, of course, "For You and Your Denial" was the perfect come back song.
