I would truly love every person who has an insensitive comment abt any musician not in the scene they like most to read this and reflect on it.

We’re Losing Another Rap Generation Right Before Our Eyes

These kids are growing up in a world on fire, nearly devoid of hope. They’re primed for depression and addiction and looking for any sort of relief. Not to mention they’re being encouraged by the people who should be looking out for them to stay fucked up so they can stay working. It’s an epidemic.

John // OC now, OH forever.

Fair enough. I'll admit it's insensitive, and I've lost friends and family to addiction and drugs but I'm sorry if I can't help be anything but indifferent to someone's death that was entirely preventable by his own actions and the actions of the other people on that goddamn plane. They pulled pounds and pounds and pounds of weed off of that flight that were carefully concealed from authorities; they also pulled countless pills off the same flight and pumped more out of him that he KNOWINGLY SWALLOWED BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO GET CAUGHT BY THE FEDERAL AGENTS SWARMING HIS PLANE. I can't feel bad for someone for killing themselves because they put out a record that people liked when thousands of people die the same way daily without the same fanfare because their face isn't on a magazine.

I feel bad for all of them, magazine or no. Addiction is a disease, not a choice.

Not to mention, if you can’t understand why in this current racist climate a young black man would be trying to avoid negative interactions with cops, idk what to say.

I honestly don't believe you have lost close people to those circumstances or you wouldn't be acting this way.

They've also been trying to say that a guy in RBF is a bad person because he's a drug addict in a different thread

    Motel. Money. Murder. Madness.

    Lawsuits are brutal.

Everyone makes their own personal decisions if a defendent dies before it’s over.

I would caution the band, especially given this climate and this particular party that they’re suing.

Jesse Ventura is still harassed everyday because of the Chris Kyle lawsuit that was entirely valid, and that he initially won. Kyle died before the end.

Grant you, these are entirely different circumstances, but still. Really not great.

But, I guess if you believe your case is strong and you’re already pretty deep in legal fees - you’re already in the dumpster.
