The sample of Take What You Want has been stuck my head for a month

Yup, I think that one’s going to surprise people. I was trying to think of a comparison. There’s a blink song that the verse reminded me of, but couldn’t place it.

The "you still ask for more" > "ohhh" part in the chorus is so good.

That is such a good choice. Love the soundscape and how deep that chorus note is.

When I got to hear Gifts and Curses live on their “final tour,” I transcended.

I cannot wait to listen to this one. The live stream they shared on Twitch a few days ago also had a few cool tidbits:

“You Broke Me Too” with Avril is more of a ballad-type song with a big chorus

“Barely Alive” was one of the first songs written for the record

“Bedroom Posters” has a new type of sound that they’re all excited about

“City of Angels” sounds about as opposite of “City of Devils” as possible

There’s more in there but these are the ones I remember

That guitar in the intro and verses of Better Days is very much Paper Walls-vibe, feels so nostalgic
