4-5 months out. This a big deal?

 

I'm listening to this with a huge smile on my face. Feels very familiar -very Yellowcard-sounding, with touches that remind me of Blink- yet still fresh. Drums are insane. Very excited for this new chapter

Yellowcard is my favorite band of all time. Honestly I is exactly what I want from a Yellowcard song. To me, it sounds more like a record opener akin to what I believe is their greatest opener of all time “The Sound of You and Me”.

Better Days is classic and a lot of fun. I’m very happy for these guys, and I cannot wait for the tour stops.

 

Wish it was a summer release but I know it'll be worth the wait, but honestly October can't come soon enough. These are both great, getting early Underdog EP vibes from "honestly i" and I love it. Glad to see we're getting more after the Childhood Eyes EP and the Hammock collab album, as I loved those! Drums sound fucking huge. Gonna be listening to these all day.

 

Seems like a long rollout in this day and age, yeah.

 

Both songs are absolutely killer! Now I just need to decide which vinyl variant to get

 

So glad we're getting another album from these guys! Really a band that I found when I started to explore and find my own music taste. They've always been a staple when others have come and gone.

 

I am in love with both of these songs. "honestly i" a little more. That first verse and chorus freakin wrecked me. I'm in a season of my life where I connected with that 100% ...the wait til October feels absurd! But oh well. Not like they can backtrack on that decision. I don't want a 3rd song to come out, but with such a huge wait, I can feel a 3rd song emerging. On the twitch stream, Ryan teased a 2nd music video coming for another song. So there's that!

 

These songs are so fucking good.

 

This is 100% exactly what I want out of Yellowcard music. For me, these songs are their best stuff since Southern Air.

 

Just wait until we get the inevitable 180 follow-up synthwave dreampop album which leads to another return-to-rock album followed by another breakup!

 

Both songs were good. Excited to hear the whole thing. I am just glad that they are back.

 

honestly I couldn't be happier to see the band back with a new album.

 

Is it just me or does Ryan sound different on Better Days? Can’t quite put my finger on it.
