God damn you’ve got a way with words, Jason. What a review. Absolutely love the blend of personal feels and a critical review at once. I don’t have the same connection to Yellowcard as many here, but this album absolutely rules and I can relate to many other albums from bands I’ve been following my whole life.

I'm obsessed with City of Angels. It's the song that made me tear uppp. Apart from that song, I really enjoy Better Days, Honestly I, and Skin Scraped.

 

‘Bedroom Posters’ feels so fucking nostalgic and really hits home. One of my favorite tracks they’ve ever done.

 

Great read as always. So happy to see the band back with a fresh take on their sound.

This line near the end seems like it should say "mortality?"
