It has been a long time since I have read the comics so this may be true in those as well but I find the two Brown children so god damn annoying.

 

The amount of complaints about Yorick, even from comic book readers, is honestly kind of surprising. He’s a childish buffoon in the books especially early on. The absolute least ideal candidate you’d want to be the last man on earth.

 

haven't read the comics but thought the performance is pretty compelling so far

 

I think in the books he felt young enough that the dipshit decisions he was making were logical.

In this he feels like an adult who should know better. His decisions don't feel like ones a grown ass man would make.

The scene with the flea market just felt weird.

 

Yorick's a childish moron in a man body.

 

He grew up with money and makes bad decisions. Make sense to me.

Took forever for 1 season and gets cancelled. SMH cancel culture is out of control.

 

Really hope it continues. I've been loving it.

 

Now I feel guilty for not watching it quickly enough.

 

Sam is so well written. This character is just the best.

 

Turns out the cancellation was mostly just because of the pandemic and not wanting to keep paying the cast lol. They had to pay them while work was paused and it cost way too much for FX to continue.

 

Finally starting this.

 

After 9 episodes I can definitely say that I highkey do not like this, but have a hard time expressing why.

 

Just finished this. I enjoyed it. Bummed it’s cancelled.

 

Good season of TV, it felt like if The Walking Dead was compelling and interesting. Hope it gets picked up for S2 somewhere
