Maybe I have the wrong arts equiped. I do not have a directional one equipped with this class and I just did the auto equip thing.

I’m 21 hours in and I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface, and I LOVE THAT.

I just hit hour 24. I feel like I haven’t progressed the main story in like 10 hours, I’ve just been doing quests for different colonies. Currently back at Colony 9 doing side quests after recruiting Zeon

 

How do you get more chain orders in a chain attack? Most of the time I get 3, but every now and then I get a 4th and I don't understand why.

 

I don't have a definite answer but my guess would be that you only needed 2 actions in one of the orders to initiate the order. I feel average is 3 for the most part.

 

I keep meaning to check, the chain attack gauge goes down as you move through the attacks, idk if it's dictated by how many attacks you needed to initiate the order. I havent played much throughout the week I'm saving it for this weekend to play long stretches of time lol.

The Lone Exile class is fucking SICK

 

Sometimes I’ll get an Ouroboros chain attack that absolutely obliterates someone and I feel like God

 

Launching huge enemies is so funny, and then completing with a smash does SO much damage

 

Hahaha dude the numbers that rack up give me such a JRPG b*ner

 

I think I may be overleveled for Chapter 4 so far, nothing is really attacking me and I have to initiate the battles. Not a bad problem to have though

I think Im way overlevelled for the point in the game I am at as well. Im using the bonus EXP every chance I get. Not looking for a challenge from this game, haha.

 

I was worried that I would get overwhelmed with the amount of Classes and combinations available, but I haven't had too much trouble rotating everyone to a new class once they reach level 10. The trouble is keeping a character with an Art that has Break

 

If you stay up to date with sidequests and exploration in Xenoblade games, you will get over leveled quickly.

 

I will say that the cutscenes are too long man, and too frequent given their length

Is there a reason for your tank having that skin tone?

 

I don't mind long cutscenes and dialogue but it needs to be very meaningful, there could be a lot of fat trimmed off the dialogue in this game.

 

i agree with that, sometimes it's less than a minute walk between cut scenes
