Yeah Pearl is far far better than this

 

it's def the right way to watch em, just saying you've got great stuff to look forward to lol

 

Pearl is definitely much better but that film also made X work a lot more for me on rewatch by having more context to the Pearl character and the parallels between her and Maxine.

 

I like this movie, but I kinda think Pearl works better as a standalone
