Isn’t the allegation that he sent nude photos to staff and then groped a male staffer? If true, that would be an appropriate reaction to me.
The problem with this is that he's the one claiming this is the reason, and all Disney has said is there was an investigation, with rumors suggesting some breach of their agreement. And while I am absolutely not on the side of the big corporation, I'm also not putting it past a guilty party to lie about their situation either.
