based off last night braun vs miz isn't happening, it's going to be miz vs seth or finn or both. Braun is their backup for Mania main event OR is going to insanely dominate the battle royale, which might be more significant this year because of the andre doc
i feel like a lot more than Seth/Finn throw their hats in and that's our annual car crash ladder match
Yeah with the steroid allegations against roman they are leaving Braun’s plans open for the time being, otherwise if they keep the main event as is Braun will likely face Elias at WM.
i don't know about that. Seems like such a meh feud that Braun would clearly win and wouldn't do anything to help Elias. He could be against Joe if he somehow can come back early, or, honestly, team him up with like, Kane or someone (fuck, even Elias) and give him a tag belt because there's really no Mania-level opponent for the Bar. Unless we get Brother Nero...
I don’t think it’s that far fetched, they were about to serve miz to him on a platter on the WM stage before it got changed. Joe would be the best opponent if he’s cleared, but just like the bar’s situation there aren’t many prospects left to wrestle.
Sounds like they might actually run with Asuka v Alexa for the RAW womens title instead of Alexa/Nia. Im assuming thats why they are running out Nia/Asuka again next Monday, to clear that out of the way
Cole specifically said at one point last night that Asuka was coming for Alexa's title at WM. That directly contradicts like every reported plan people have been anticipating (and why I made my post in the main thread that it's stupid how we STILL have no idea what's going on a month after Asuka won the Rumble).
I think the IC match stays a triple threat for now. They're holding Braun back in case he needs to be inserted into the main event. If Roman/the feud ends up being okay, he'll just join the IC match. US title will be the multi-man with 6+ - way too many guys on SD with no direction.
BROCK LESNAR (C) VS. ROMAN REIGNS AJ STYLES (C) VS. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA John Cena vs. Undertaker Asuka vs. Alexa Bliss Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon The Miz vs. Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor Bayley vs. Sasha Banks Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt ARMBAR Seems to be the already built, obvious matches at the moment. Which would leave them with the two tag matches, US title match, and a SD womens match that'll probably be a 6-way match again. There's a reasonable argument they dont even do a RAW tag match and save that for a call-up after WM. Which, for how weak a build a lot of those have had, that could be a stellar set of matches. Sami/KO, Sasha/Bayley, and AJ/Nak are solid dream matches that could kickstart longer feuds going into MITB, etc. And the ARMBAR could actually be decently stocked for Braun to wreck house in
Sasha/bayley is gonna be a total shell of their brooklyn match. I'm not saying that match/feud is unbeatable, although in today's WWE it might be Also that card is basically just a list of everything they have spent time setting up on TV. Like anybody on this forum could have made that card just from watching the product. I'd be more interested if they told us about stuff we really have no idea about, like the raw tag match or Smackdown women's match
one final thing about last night: i absolutely cannot believe how many people are getting worked by the Lesnar stuff and Romans promo. I'm trying so hard not to go into rosenberg's "buncha marks" mode but man. I see it everywhere - twitter, reddit, the main thread here. some people actually think Lesnar and Heyman shoot no-showed raw last night and Roman went off script in his segment in response
