While this basically happened, Im betting they got Jericho to agree to return fairly shortly before Battleground. So they rewrote the finish to set up story lines for the next few months. Because I hadnt even seen Jericho speculated on for quite some time.

So KO loses next week, blows up at Shane, and Jericho either ends up as special guest ref or starts a Corbin feud. He disappears after the October PPV, probably comes back for the Rumble

 

That what I thought probably happened, as well.

The speculation stuff sounds like it could work. I really want Corbin to start doing well.

 

I honestly don't see Corbin having any power on the roster with what he's working with. It's a disaster. In my opinion, the guy need a complete image change before its too late.

 

NXT tapings from last night were super underwhelming.

 

Am I completely missing these? Didn't see them anywhere and I know they still have eps to air from the last set.

I usually read the taping spoilers and forget about them before they actually air lol. But I honestly have very little interest in the shows leading up to Takeover

 

Every week I tell myself im gonna watch NXT, and every week i miss it.

 

We might get a cena/nak/jinder match at SS guys

Im sure its poster based, but it makes sense. If Jinder isnt losing, I cant imagine a 1-on-1 with either guy, since I cant imagine they want Cena to lose or Nak to take his first big loss that way.

Im also hoping the KO/Shane match happens. Id take a No DQ match from those two just for the spots theyd come up with

 

Not sure if Shane can still go, or AJ carried the best match at WM.

 

Shane can still tell a story, and he can still hit 3-4 big spots if neccessary. Thats all he needs for a 3.5-4 star match with KO. And while KO isnt as athletic as AJ, hes just as willing to take crazy bumps.

Also, Shane hit coast-to-coast and a shooting star press, so, Id say he cant still go

 

I'm not against it, it should be fine. Just think it's questionable to use KO there instead of somewhere bigger.

 

In WWE's mind, a Shane match is a huge deal, so at least we can view at as a sign of their faith in him

 

Can't help but think of Shane's near death experience at SS tho
