I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but the idea is to build something to Angle wrestling again at Mania. Maybe this will all lead to him vs. HHH?

 

Ugh, total fart sound. HHH is not the caliber of in-ring guy to keep this awful title of guy returning stars waste their program on. Let's hope not.

I hope we get a few matches out of him. If we got it out of Sting, I don't see why Kurt can't. God knows he must want to. I would love a small Ziggler/Angle program to get the rust off.

 

That feels so lazy. I'd much rather see Kurt v Braun or some storyline giving the rub to a RAW talent. The same way Shane/AJ was built...and Braun v Foley would have been perfect if Foley could wrestle.

Or this Cass/Enzo storyline builds to something.

Ill literally take a Titus Brand storyline over HHH

I think AJ would be perfect.

 

AJ would obviously be a fine opponent but they have already made classics together. I would want someone like Ziggler, Rollins, KO, Zayn, etc. Even Cena would be exciting, as he may as well be a different performer than the last time they had a program together. Rusev writes itself. These guys would benefit so much by being added to the list of folks that feuded with Kurt rather than AJ or HHH getting a third or fourth go.

 

I think AJ is the one who could get the most out of Kurt Angle in 2017/2018 in terms of match quality. Triple H is the always safe, but boring pick.

 

Angle/HHH would probably be fine but it is definitely not my preferred match. AJ's a guaranteed hit. I'd like to see Seth/Angle (but do we really need another Seth vs. authority figure storyline?), Rusev or KO could be good picks too. I could definitely see Cass vs Angle if we get a Cass turn from his Enzo attacker storyline even if I don't care to see that match.

 

Seems like a pretty early build for angle for a mania gig, maybe he will get HHH at summerslam?

 

I heard Jeff Hardy is being suggested to go single.

 

Makes sense. Jeff is still super over and can push crazy merch sales. With Matt being a viable singles wrestler now, splitting them up is the right decision

Plus, I really really need Revival vs. Sheamus/Cesaro matches in my life

Angle isn't wrestling hhh, he said on TIJ that if he wrestles someone they have to be athletic enough to get some of his stuff over because he doesn't have it anymore. There are so many better fits.

 

Knew they'd split Matt and Jeff up eventually but not this soon if it's true

 

I'm okay with it. I like a lot of the new Hardy merch, but they're already starting to get a bit stale. I don't even care if they're gonna BREAK Matt or not at this point. I'm assuming if they don't BREAK him that he has some other gimmick up his sleeve that he'll use.

 

They're getting stale because they're literally wrestling Cesaro and sheamus every week and there's no angles or feuds to this storyline other than the fact that Jeffs tooth got knocked out a month ago. I don't think they've even done a promo yet lol

dont really think the hardy's are stale yet. i mean god its' only been 2 months. lets see where they go now that they lost the belts.

 

I think they can easily go through Summerslam before they flame out, simply because they put on great matches.

Now with that said.... they should be giving hardys more to say and do during this small little run
