Per Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Baron Corbin is being built up for a match with Seth Rollins.

Vince will never understand that Corbin has change the channel heat.

 

Also, with all the rumours coming out that the majority of the problems with WWE at the moment is down to Vince, I don’t feel as bad saying “knowing Vince” anymore. Because now more than ever, it’s probably true.

I was expecting a legends title.

 

That's gonna help wwe, having a 50+yr old wrestler hold a title just for the sake of it will definitely push up the ratings.

 

I doubt it is expected to move ratings. Its mostly for the Saudi shows and probably the big 4.
