I'd say if Finn was healthy possibly him, but I don't see them hotshotting him right into the title picture again coming off an injury.

Last years Rumble was really well booked, save for the Roman storyline (which was the start and end, sadly). They made the first 10-15mins feel intense, R-Truth got that great comedy spot, the Wyatts rise and fall was cool. A few little things they should have paid off (Brock murdering the Wyatts after elimination....completely missing multiple eliminations while focusing on Roman, etc), but otherwise Id gladly re-do it.

Sadly, I get the feeling a lot of the main roster dudes are gonna get boned as the Rumble becomes an elimination-off between Goldberg and Lesnar.

 

I think Finn it's going to win Elimination Chamber.

 

I just hope we don't get a lot of wasted spots from older guys. There could be a lot of shit comedy spots instead of strong call ups. No Tatanka please.

That being said, give us Gilberg.

I saw he said in some interview he is aiming for a WM return, but you know that can always just be him trying to throw us off which I totally hope he is.

Ellsworth is totally going to "eliminate" a big name somehow. Something like Goldberg is leaning over the ropes/staring Lesnar down after eliminating him, and Ellsworth meekly throws Goldberg over. His character thrives on these fluke "victories".

 

If Finn isn't actually in the Rumble, Sami winning and surprising everyone by choosing to fight AJ over KO would be fantastic.

Also do we think we'll get another 40 man rumble this year? Could easily fill it out especially if some cruiserweights enter and lets guys like Henry and Golddust enter and not feel like they are wasting spots.

 

no 40 man..... but im totally into Sami vs AJ at Mania. I like the swerve aspect as we all expect him to choose Owens.

 

Any picks for surprise entrants this year? I think that there is a smaller pool of talent that is both inactive in the WWE and known well by the average fan than ever before. I think we're going to get a couple of Booker T/Kevin Nash spots rather than a big AJ Styles one/debut like last year.

 

We've reached that two week period each year where both the Bachelor and the Voice are not on tv (I'm married, fuck off), so you can look forward to my scorching hot Raw takes for another week at least
