Thus why I think its an awful idea...but, aside from Survivor Series, when have they done anything in a Roman feud that made the crowd happy?

Only other angles I can see logically is Jeri-KO playing the long-con on "not being friends" or HHH getting involved.

 

If Jericho is banned from the match and triple h just straight up screwed roman that would be fun. Probably wont happen though. Triple h and Owens against Rollins and reigns would be a fun tag team match actually.

 

Would be a nice way to fill out a big Rumble match or kill the PPV between Rumble/WM

They've done such a consistently bad job with the tag teams that have been called up from NXT

Now that I think about it, we haven't seen a picture of Triple H with a recently crowned tag team champion that has come up from nxt

 

so, i just turned on hoping to see Ellsworth/AJ. Im taking it AJ's ankle injury was serious enough for them to nix that?

edit: Oh man, AJ's face after Ambrose took out Ellsworth was great

 

Shower thought of the day:

Angle returns to Smackdown to team with American Alpha against the Wyatt family for the tag titles and help "lead" them. Put the guys over big time and Angle would rarely (if only at PPVs) have to wrestle.

Aries on commentary for 205 Live has been great. Love that they can use this to keep injured guys in a visible role.

Dar/Alexandar was really good. Cedric can't keep losing though.

why is the rest of this episode just rematches from last week though

 

I actually really liked this Smackdown. Not top to bottom great but had good moments. Also anyone that missed Talking Smack should watch it.

 

60 minute ironman matches between two people just fundamentally do not work in 2016. Not as a big match on a PPV. Unless it's like Taker/Shawn, the audience simply isn't there. By the 20 minute mark or so you'll have people tuning out and (if you're lucky) they'll come back for the final 5-10 minutes.

 

I'm all for Angle returning but expecting him to wrestle in WWE is about as foolish as expecting DB to wrestle in WWE.

 

i really loved the mustafa ali promo from 205 live. he's going to have a really well developed character it seems

 

I was gonna say that in my opinion it's the best promo/package they've had for a cryiserweight yet that's not Rich Swann. I loved that they addressed people booing him because of his name/what he looks like
