Meltzer says Cass is the worst promo he's seen in a while. This ain't helping.

 

He's trying to have the same demeanor as Enzo and it ruins him. It's just not who he is or what he should be.

What culture makes a great point of irony about Shane. He calls SD "the land of opportunity" and then takes a spot on the SD SS team from someone who could really use it and benefit from it.

Remember a few years ago Ziggler the man at SS and kind of stole the show (outside of Sting arriving)? And this year he's not even on the card and just lost his IC reign of 14 days or whatever it was.

Fully expect SD to lose the main match, because its SD against Raw, setting up Taker vs Styles at Rumble or Mania and Randy vs Wyatt.

 

I wouldn't mind if Ziggler was added to the match at SS

 

WWE are at least aware enough of how Shane being in the match steals a spot from someone else by having Stephanie reference it in promos and such. Maybe it's building to something. DBry saying how it's because Shane is a great leader and having the boss on the frontline with his employees will boost morale is the closest to them making sense of it we're going to get. I'm still not convinced Shane makes it into the match.

 

Ziggler is terrible unless he is a heel. There is just nothing there at all.

He's great in ring... He just has nothing going for himself otherwise...

 

Samoa Joe replacing Shane would be the best case scenario.

Also, Goldberg hurt his shoulder a bit Monday night. Says his "body feels horrible". Hope match doesn't go on last.

either way the match will be shit but hoping all these reports (knees, shoulder, body in general, no in-ring work, etc.) are all fake so we don't witness someone die in front of a live audience, including his wife and kid.

 

Starting to wonder if Goldberg isn't putting out all this stuff about him being banged up to lower expectations for his match against Brock.......

 

The Goldberg idea just keeps looking worse and worse. And for all people for him to be facing too... Literally the most aggressive guy out there. It's gonna be bad.

 

really tempted to sign up for the network just so i can watch the shitshow live, because botches there will be plenty. i know the E thinks this will get people to sign up for the network, and it might get me to, but for entirely the wrong reasons concerning that match lol

 

People need to move past the Samoa Joe idea. Undertaker just returned to Smackdown...they arent gonna debut Joe there as well right away. Also, there's a pre-planned TLC feud between Ambrose/Styles, and Smackdown might not have a mid-card belt after Sunday. So...what's Samoa Joe debuting for? And why is the most vicious heel in NXT doing Shane a favor?

There's literally no kayfabe logic, and as someone pointed out, if anyone replaces Shane, it should be Survivor Series god Dolph Ziggler.

Best thing they could do for Joe is let him disappear til the Rumble (have him murder Regal and get suspended or fired...) and debut there. Hell, have him win and challenge Lesnar instead of going for a title.

 

It really is WM32. Storylines make no sense, but the talent in each match says the matches should be good to great. But the main event is an unwatchable nightmare waiting to happen.

At least Goldberg/Lesnar wont be some 40-minute nightmare

 

Shane gets attacked by the RAW team or someone else backstage, AJ says he knows someone who can replace him.

I feel so stupid even saying this but I guess I'll say it. That's totally my voice asking Lana if she's excited about her match on Total Divas. They made the right decision though, this face definitely wasn't made for TV

 

i decided to watch NxT for once... Liv morgan is from Elmwood Park Nj? Is this her gimmick? haha

but she's using that factual statement as part of her character? haha thats awesome!! I'm from the town over, so when i saw "201" on her titantron i cracked up.

 

haha her gimmick is pretty weak. She's always kinda just felt like she was somewhere between Carmella and Bliss. She's an alright enough midcarder.

Its really a shame how you know exactly who is going to be a huge name in the division. Indy workers who get vingettes are the only ones going over and getting a push. Nia, Asuka, Ember Moon. Hopefully Mary Dobson gets one in time. Or, you know, Nikki Cross. I'm bummed by how middling the reception seems to be for Billie Kay. her.
