it's not even a discussion how much the raw women's division was hurt by Paige/Del Rio. Paige was that perfect, credible, top flight superstar that anyone could have a program with, and it would not have to have been for the title.

I dont despise Dana as much as the entire universe, but, it's because of no Paige, no Emma, and hell, no Summer Rae, that they're forcing Dana to be in a spot that she doesn't appear ready for.

but besides the womens match, pretty hum drum ppv if you ask me. Rollins vs KO was amazing. I needed that reminder of how great they both can be. The WWE has GOT TO DO MORE to make Kevin Owens look and feel like THE man though. roman reigns being a mid-card champ is hurting Owens in my opinion.

 

Could you imagine if New Day drop the belts and we get this? I'm sure a lot of folks would mark out for him, but yuck.

 

PPV was better than I thought it'd be (expectations were super low) but still just seems like filler and like other people said, they really don't know what way they're going.

The womens match was great but still don't get that ending. And why have Charlotte win it back AGAIN? Stupid booking. I now see her running the division until WM, keeping her PPV streak alive. I really hope they don't get someone that's a part timer or attraction beat it. It'd just diminish the division more, but hey this is WWE so that's what we'll get.

In some ways KO reminds me of CM Punk. They both do not fit the mold of your prototypical main title holder, yet with Punk it always seemed to work for some reason. Maybe it's the fact that everyone was always sold on his gimmick of not having a gimmick and being straight edge, real etc. They both are great on the mic and are excellent heels, but there's just something that isn't working for KO. So I agree, but what could WWE do to make him look and feel like THE man.

 

I know it would probably be bad but I'm sure booker ts in shape right now for a match lol

 

the most domotime post of domotime posts. yes, some people have started souring on charlotte's technical work lately (much the same way people did with ziggler), but that's not the reason people think she sucks. it's literally everything else.

Especially since you're not wrong. What other viable criticism is there on Charlotte right now other than the way she is being booked, which she has literally nothing to do with?

 

i think Charlotte's mic skills need work. actually, not so much what she says or how she acts, but how she sounds. it's hard to describe but she's always like, yelling or bellowing. even in the interview with Lita - who is a fucking foot away - she's bellowing. that and where she, places, pauses in her senten-ces, drives me batty. to be a heel you don't need to scream and bellow 24/7.

but those things don't bother me when i watch her in the ring and i don't really watch on a regular basis enough to see anything bad or that stands out as weak.

 

'bought' 2k17 since Target has buy 2 get 1 right now. Not sure when I'll be playing it since I got Battlefield and Tomb Raider as well. Pretty low on the priority list.

 

Charlotte is fine with what she does, I just cannot stand what they've done to Sasha banks. She's not supposed to be a super blue baby face, friggin marks man... She's just been such a corny character, its upsetting.

 

That's a fair criticism, but not one that I would think puts her in the category of "sucking." Another would be that there are sometimes moments in matches where things may go array and she's not 100% comfortable with improvising on the fly. Again, though, not something that I would think makes her "suck."

 

funny thing is, i actually agree with this. I've never claimed to think Charlotte is the best thing on earth and i actually think her worst attribute is what you said right here. Tonally she sounds fake, phony, forced/bad acting.

 

Charlotte is acting circles around Sasha and y'all are high af if you think otherwise.

 

No one was comparing the two, just commenting on how that's something Charlotte is weak in and needs improved on.

So, just rewatched that womens HIAC. They had the table in the corner set-up for Charlotte's moonsault. When that got countered, they should have had Sasha go to the far corner, run at Charlotte, and Charlotte ducks and launches her into the air and through that table. That gets the pinfall, or follow it up with the moonsault onto Sasha for the pin.

Once Sasha re-set the table, it felt like something bigger was gonna happen.
