I actually love that they're using that stat. Cena going for 16 titles doesn't impress me, because it means he lost the title 15 times. Charlotte being undefeated at PPVs is a much more impressive stat to tout to me

  2. everything is bad about raw

Ugh. Roman is making me hate this.

  4. especially since Charlotte will be a 16 time women's champ by the time mania rolls around!

It wasn't an unwatchable PPV (thoroughly enjoyed Seth/KO, Charlotte/Sasha was fantastic until the LOLCHARLOTTEWINS ending) but it really did reinforce how completely uninterested I generally am in Raw, which is a shame because most of my favorite wrestlers in the WWE are stuck there.

We have a roster full of guys who can make a run for the title, and Roman doesn't mention his title at all, but vows to win the Universal Title.

  7. they are gonna have to have Charlotte hold the belt till mania to give it back some legitimacy

The PPV was basically what RAW normally is. Jericho/KO save it each night...I desperately hope they dont bury Bayley...and we get the same promos out of New Day and Enzo/Cass each week.

Amazing part is that HIAC is supposed to be a feud ender, yet Sasha has her rematch, and Rollins has a legit gripe in his loss. Only Rusev/Reigns had a clear finish

The PPV itself was fine. I enjoyed all three HIAC matches. The end of Roman vs. RuRu and Banks vs. Flaire feels weird though. Roman tapping out to an accolade with a chain would have been pretty awesome, and still made him look strong if he held out for a while. But to then win with a slightly elevated spear? Lame.

I don't get what they're doing with the Women's belt. I'm fine if you wanna have Charlotte hold it. But why bounce it around every few weeks? Just make up your mind, and accept that banks is more over than 95% of your roster.

  11. I want this sasha charlotte feud to be over - it's reaching Orton/Cena levels

I want to see Nia Jax challenge Charlotte for the belt tomorrow

  12. KO-Rollins match should have main evented - it was the best out of the three - at least that ending made sense

Same. F it. Have Bayley comfort sasha after losing, and sasha turn heel on her. Then print money.

THE Brian Kendrick laying down a better promo then anyone else on Raw this past year. Although that may not be saying much

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

It was a great match ruined by the ending results. Charlotte winning is just stupid.

The confusion in my section when Charlott won was excellent but that finish completely fucked up a really good match. PPV could have been worse but overall nothing spectacular.

I feels like a lot of people think the finish to the women's match was bad because Charlotte won, not because it didn't meet the brutality of the beginning or rise above it, which is baffling to me.

That table not breaking definitely threw the ending off. If it breaks, then its a combo of Sashas back giivng out + thrown through table = she's done. Even the rag-dolling off the table still worked for that.

But Natural Selection isnt really her finisher, so it felt like a near-fall set up that actually finished. I think Id rather have seen Charlotte audible into some chair shots or a submission or something. Something that closed on the back.

Also, with how many cool spots they did (and with how KO/Seth ended), felt like they needed something slightly more for the end

Agreed. It's possible that Sasha flying through a table right into Natural Selection could have been a fantastic sequence, but hitting Natural Selection off the top rope through the table is the type of ending that feels more appropriate. Or that moonsault through the table. Charlotte is such a power house, though, it really makes more sense for her second finisher to be something power-driven, a la the Rack Attack. Could have been a cool moment to bust out something new with the aid of the table to finish it off. Would fit into the narrative of these two raising the bar each match too.

    Great Googly Moogly Prestigious

my jaw dropped at that ending. i feel like the agents for that match need to be fired. They were trying to fit in WAY WAY WAYY too much shit into that match and it wasn't necessary. I always fucking hate stretcher drama stuff, to me it screams hokey, and to do it right off the bat? I hated that. Anyways, this needed to be booked like a REGULAR match, with only a FEW hardcore spots.....not an insane spot fest throughout. This is the FIRST time they're doing this, give them something normal to handle.

It was just so fucking unnecessary.

regardless though... Charlotte winning!!?!!? WOW!! I admit. This is the biggest jaw drop i've had since taker's streak was broken. Sure, i'm more in shock because of HOW it ended, but when the ref got to 3 I shot off my chair "WHAT"?

I have to see what they have planned next in order to determine if this is a good wow or a bad wow.

    man, I'm pretty Prestigious

charlotte was the favorite to win. I said that in the post after my card.

raw ppvs are 100% skippable, which is sad because their roster is still a lot better than SD's

no you don't domo. if something's awful you can just say it's awful ya know.

    ppv thoughts:

-starting it up after the football game and holy hell this is well over 3 hours?

-I won't lie, 60% of the reason I'm watching this is because I have to count cards. you guys are gonna owe me 50,000 neurons for looking at this bullshit

-maybe the reason roman is still as "not over" as he was months ago is because he keeps getting put into god awful storylines. then again, I guess rusev is living proof of the opposite.

-reigns busting the chain accolade was pathetic. the whole match was building up to that sequence (which was dampened by my first sentence), and just wasn't worth it to get there.

-I can't believe that got over 30 minutes. this is going to be a LONNNNNNNNNNG night

-dana is terrible. she's learning a lot from charlotte

-very wwe to decide to make history and not promote it at all

-suplex on the apron was brutal

-clever recovery from the powerbomb botch but I'm not really sure what Rollins is supposed to do in kayfabe if even an HiaC match can't prevent interference.

-the jericho interference robbed the match of all its drama and tension. I wish KO could just look like a strong champion once in a while

-charlotte's ppv record is so fucking depressing. not worth caring about in the least

    -sasha is the main event

-as soon as cole said that sasha has a "history of back problems" it's a work. cmon guys.

-I'm glad that I'm starting to watch less and less. What they've done to Sasha and Charlotte is a big part of it. Just completely embarrassing. It's single-handedly ruining the ENTIRE DIVISION. This is like the third time (!!!) I've said this.
