I never knew I wanted to see Asuka vs. Mickie James, but now I'm pretty hype for it

They are bring sued by the production company that owns the songs, so yes. Not all of them though.

 

I really wanna see Bobby Roode brought up, but I'm thinking he gets the next shot at the title after Joe. I'm guessing it's Joe's turn to be brought up after Takeover (SS debut plz).

What I think would be awesome, is he comes out after whatever team wins and destroys whoever is left of the team. That way they can run with a program to sign him, kinda opposite of Slater though obviously lol

 

Bet Joe is Strowman's "real opponent" or whatever he's been asking for.

 

Joe is definitely not coming up until the Rumble.

 

I could see him coming up sooner. He's not taking the title back, and he needs to move on from his Nak feud after this.

Nakamura is definitely there through the Rumble though. Every title reign is like 100+ days now, so that alone keeps him in NXT til Jan/Feb. He probably comes up after WM, dumping the title at that Takeover to someone

You could watch plenty of their matches once WWE acquires the TNA video library. ;)

 

TNA's tape library is going to be in a dumpster fire from the looks of it lately.

Essentially, what this means is that TNA owes a lot of taxes to the state of Tennessee, to the point that the state now has the right to seize TNA property if the debt is not repaid. While the wrestling company is now operating under the newer Impact Ventures LLC company that was formed this year, Tennessee tax law covers successor companies. If someone actually buys the company, potential scenarios include TNA/majority owner Dixie Carter having to take a lower sale price so as to pay off the lien, or the new owners risking the scenario where Tennessee goes after them for the tax liability.

It’s up to the state whether or not to assert its rights and start seizing assets from TNA. While the restructuring as Impact Ventures LLC increases the distance from the original debt and thus requires more work by the state to collect, it can still do so. Tennessee would just have to assess a lien against Impact Ventures and, if it got that far, a buyer as well. However, the state cannot go after a successor for more than the purchase price.
