That entire post G1 win press conference was a great. His reaction when someone asks him about Ibushi was priceless.

I'd love for him to bring the 2011/2012 post-return anti-authority "Fuck ROH" version of his character to WWE and I honestly think he'd get white hot over if he did that. He cut multiple promo of the year worthy worked shoots during that period.

But what i'd really really want to see him do in WWE is the 2010 pre-"fired" scary pure evil legitimate lunatic heel version of his character. That is probably my favorite iteration of Kevin Steen, as he can do a lunatic gimmick more convincingly than Ambrose ever could. That version of Kevin is probably wayyy too intense for WWE though lol.

 

Late Shift host Steven Bell posted on Twitter that former NXT Champion Bo Dallas was booted from WWE's flight to Mexico for being intoxicated. Bell said that he heard Dallas "very loudly singing the Lion King song" in the background while he spoke to his wife, in a situation you really can't make up.

When the pilot approached Bo Dallas, the WWE superstar reportedly told him to "fuck himself," before echoing his sentiments to everyone else. The boarding staff would later confirm that Dallas was tossed for being intoxicated.

Man, Jade deserves so much better than what she's given in TNA. This week was fucking ugh.

 

Galloway/EC3 promo was really great. It's awesome that TNA lets these guys have a lot of fun with their promos.

Match was pretty good too. Ending was interesting. Its a shame they film so far in advance. Would have liked this a lot more if I didn't know what was going to happen.

They've had a decent amount of crossover because they advertised these shows before announcing the brand split. Enzo&Cass are on there too.

 

DB did an interview with Cole and the didn't even mention the Miz shoot. Booooo.

 

Apparently they record those segments before smackdown, so I guess they didn't think the miz promo was going to be as great as it was.

 

My wife will be happy about that. We had gotten an email making it sound more smackdown specific so I thought maybe it changed

 

Actually not sure if I'm going to go, thought tickets would be cheaper. But it seems to be a packed house.

Just read on Wreddit about Okada and Tanahashi being regular supporting characters in the new Tiger Mask wrestling anime. So much cooler than Cena and Undertaker helping Scooby Doo solve mysteries.

 

Got floor for NXT and Raw in the next two months. I hope they are both worthwhile

There's a RAW coming to the UK in September that may be a network special by the way it's being advertised, since it's not part of the tour that comes over in November. Zayn/Owens confirmed as well. Tried getting tickets but £105 for two is wow.

 

How was Cody, is he working a more indie style?
